Happy New Year! There is cause for us to celebrate in our corner of Comfort too! Comfort Falls Aviation Estates has received Preliminary Plat approval from Kendall County after months of work!
We are still in queue for approval from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for the public water system. The story is they are backlogged and everyone must wait their turn, so we are staying very busy as we exercise patience - along with all who have visited and "put your name on a lot or two".
We continue to have people visit, but it is still very possible for you to have your first choice of homesites. Call for lot availability. Please note our homesites are available only to licensed pilots.
Although we must wait to close on lots until final plat approval, we are working with the county to begin accepting deposits for those desiring to firm up their final lot choice. For those who have already placed their name on a lot or requested a "heads up" as we approach final plat approval, we will be contacting you later this month.
Additions to the website will help to answer many of your questions. There is an Amenities Summary page, plus you may now read the DRAFT of the Deed Restrictions, Architectural Guidelines and Airport Regs. You will find additional new information as you browse the site.

Come visit our kids and grandkids magnet - they will always want to be home or with the "Grands"! Here fabulous entertainment is free, on-site and running good since the rains have returned! Add a golf cart, BBQ, lawn chair and your favorite airplane for a simply amazing lifestyle.
